Where are my filters/ fitting kit?
Filters and fitting kits are packaged inside the showerhead box to keep them safe during transit. Please check inside all boxes before contacting us.

The water pressure is lower than expected?
Please double-check the on/off button is fully pushed out towards the front of the showerhead. Sometimes the button can get pressed in slightly during transit, which will lower the water pressure.
Where is my order?
We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days (or the next day for priority processing). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 1-2 business days to begin showing progress.
Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
